We're almost done selecting the ice cream flavors! So far, we've chosen the Earl Grey), and T'CHO chocolate. One more flavor, and two more toppings to go!

- Vegetarian Causas (chilled whipped potatoes with asparagus & shitake mushrooms) - Bolitas de Yucca (crispy yucca balls stuffed with curry sauce & queso anejo) - Vegetarian Empanadas (sauteed spinache, shitake mushrooms & queso) Entrees: - Vegetarian Lomo Saltado (stir fried vegetables, soy sauce, shoe string fries on a bed of rice) - Vegetarian Quinotto (quinoa-pmpkin stew, choclo, veggies) - Pork Adobo (pork shoulder, slow braised, with potato gratin & watercress) Sides: - Potato Gratin - Ensalada Nuovo Andina (mixed greens, toasted quinoa, feta cheese) Sunday Brunch's going to be at the Best Western Lighthouse Inn in Pacifica. Come one and all; bunch starts at 10:30AM!
